Project Submission Directions

Take a minute to go through the project submission directions to confirm you have every item completed.

Once you are confident your project has covered all the points in the rubric, then you are ready to submit your technical project for review.

Project

Review

  • Each technical project must be formally submitted for review.
  • Project reviews can take up to 6 days depending on submission volume; make sure to plan ahead!
    • If your project receives a grade of ‘meets specifications’, congratulations! This means your project has passed

    • If your project did not pass on the first attempt, you’ll need to make changes and re-submit your project. You can re-submit as many times as needed. There are no penalties for re-submitting a project.
    • If final project is submitted right before program deadline and does not pass, you won’t be able to re-submit the project if the final program deadline has passed. (There is only ONE deadline … and that is FEBRUARY 13th, 2021 for the entire program)
    • You can only cancel a submission within the first 10 minutes of submission. Once a project has been picked up for review you will not have the option to cancel your submission. You will have to wait until the project comes back marked as ‘requires changes’. Then you can resubmit.

Frequently Asked Project Questions

Q. Will I be penalized for missing a project deadline?

A. The projects are suggested with soft deadlines to help you stay on track. There are no penalties if you miss them! However, we recommend staying as close to them as possible to ensure you graduate by the final program deadline of Feb 13th, 2021.

Q. How do I graduate?

A. You will graduate once all your projects have been submitted and have passed. You must complete EVERY technical project in order to graduate - no exceptions!

Q. Do I need to complete all concepts and quizzes to graduate?

A. Unlike Phase 1, you are not required to complete the concepts and quizzes in order to graduate. However, we recommend doing them as you’ll need to apply that knowledge when you attempt the projects.
