Can I develop an idea in detail?

These are some ideas to inspire what you will write:

• Rewrite what happened in the short film
• Tell the story of animals and their fight for survival (fiction or non-fiction)
• Write your own description of a scene when individuals work together to help each other
• Write a fact file about different prey animals and describe who their predators are
• Write a newspaper report on one of the stories, e.g. ‘Crabs unite to attack seagull’

You may choose to do something else, these ideas are just to inspire you.

Time Frame: 1 lesson (40 minutes)

Learning Task: Choose one of the writing ideas (or your own) to respond to the video.
