Community list

  • Join as a collaborator - Looking to get involved and help with a new idea or an existing proposal team? Add yourself to the list so the community can find you!οΏ½
  • Find collaborators - Looking for people to work on your proposal? Check the community list!
  • 57 community members so far…
  • We’ll invest resources into this slowly over time rather than all at onceοΏ½
  • Allow time for more feedback and to grow as the community doesοΏ½
  • Features for proposers and other tools will help grow this listοΏ½

10 of 48

Education resources

  • Gathered and presented resources we found at projectcatalyst.org/resourcesοΏ½
  • That experience and the existing processes led us to look at different solutionsοΏ½
  • Closer to wrapping this one up!

11 of 48

Improve proposal information & Project tracking

  • Collect data - Collect from different sources (Ideascale data, voting data and funding result data), standardise the data and sanitise it and remove what isn’t necessaryοΏ½
  • Manual processing - Add better tagging to the proposals manually to enrich the dataοΏ½
  • Open source repository - Host the combined data in an open source repository with what steps were taken to process itοΏ½
  • Add to a simple API for projectcatalyst.org to filter through the proposalsοΏ½
  • Make that available to other projects as and when it’s neededοΏ½
  • Though this plan has slightly changed...

12 of 48

Partnership - Lidonation

  • Proposal crossover - Lidonation wanted to bring together Cardano treasury data with a directoryοΏ½
  • Great matchup - Darlington has a lot of software development and backend / DevOps experience whereas George has more frontend development experience on web and mobileοΏ½
  • Plan - Build a robust API from the start that PACE, Lidonation and the community can use!οΏ½
  • Check out their fund 6 proposal - https://cardano.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Treasury-Catalyst-Proposal-API/366965-48088
