About MB

A Measurement Book, Also Known As An MB, Is A Document Used In Construction And Engineering Projects To Record Measurements, Quantities, And Other Relevant Information Related To On-site Work

GIS Base MB is converting this Manual MB Book to Digital Mobile Solution with more ease and for more flexible use.

You just need to download the Mobile Application on your Android Mobile and start using the Application.

In this Presentation we will guide you how you will use MB in the Mobile.

Let’s Start on App

When you Open the App on the Mobile,

Welcome Screen will Appear and then Login

Screen Will come.

Enter you username or Email

Enter Password

Click on Sign In Button.

MB Dashboard

In the Dashboard you will see different Buttons and different Options. You will see All BOQ’s and MB that is assigned to you either Division wise or Sub Division wise

It shows no of MB saved in the Draft, You can Change or Update MB

any time. It is in your control

It shows no of MB in the Submitted Status. You have created MB and Verified and send it for the further Process

To Create New MB against BOQ assigned to you. Click on My BOQ’s Button or (+)

To View list of MB you have created

My BOQ’s show all BOQ assigned to you by the Admin.

Create New MB

When you create New MB, this screen will appear

Visit No: Show next MB no creating in this BOQ.
Scheme Name: Display Scheme Name
BOQ No: Show BOQ/ADP no of this Scheme
Showing All Sub Head Name in this Scheme
Show Category name against Sub Heads
Show MRS against Category

Create New MB

Choose Sub Head, and then Choose Category

and Choose MRS you want to record (06-07-d-05)

By Clicking + Sign you can enter another record against same MRS

Or you can Choose Another MRS from the List

You can upload multiples Pictures against MB

Click on Add Measurement to Save the MB.

Note: Once MB save it is in the Draft Status, you can change MB any time.

After Save MB, you can Check your MB in the My Measurement List. In the List Following detail of MB are showing

By Clicking on this MB you can Check MB Detail and Can change

When you Click on MB, it will open and you can view or

Edit the MB. Edit MB Means you can add another MRS or Change in Existing MRS

EDIT (if you want to edit the MB click on the Edit Button)

Or you can view and Check your MB

EDIT MB

When you Click on Edit MB, it will open and you can Edit the MB. Edit MB Means you can add another MRS or Change in Existing MRS

After Edit You can Save this MB as Draft or Submit.

It Means you can still change or update the MB

It Means not MB is Finalize and your forwarding for further process. After Submit you can not change in the MB
