1. Complex buying behavior - already done a lot of consumer research and are highly involved in the purchase process before investing. For example – Buying a car, buying a house, etc.
2. Dissonance-reducing buying behavior - the consumer is highly confused between the brands and the differences between the brands but they are highly involved in the purchase process.
