Before coming to this session, you watched a video tutorial on how to use the What If Report feature within the Student Information System, which allows advisors to apply a student's completed courses to any undergraduate major.
In this assignment, you will have an opportunity to apply what you learned from that video using a scenario in small groups
Review the steps on the next slide for additional instructions.
You have 30 minutes to complete this assignment.

Each group has been given a number and scenario. The group number will be the order in which everyone will present at the end of the activity. Assign each person in your group of 3 to a role, which will be displayed on the next slide.
Open the What If Report page in the Student Information System. If needed, take a picture of the key terms below to assist you.
As a team, review the student scenario and use the What If Report to respond to the question prompts.
Write down your responses to each question. The assigned presenter for each group will share their answers to the class.
