The It’s Time Texas Community Challenge is a FREE 8-week, statewide competition in which Texas communities compete to see which communities can demonstrate the greatest commitment to healthy living.

HIGHLIGHTS: Fruits & veggie consumption, time & duration of PA, oz of water; driving activation of lifestyle change addressing underlying health conditions
CONNECT: Relying on local leaders w/ established up trust & relationships; local gov, ISDs, & health coalitions POCs + ability for individual community members to raise their hand as health champions
ACTIVATE: Work w/ local leaders to join our cause and champion the movement; provide the resources to promote within their sphere of influence
ENGAGE:

Participate & led by example; positive encouragement throughout & beyond challenge; momentum for healthy lifestyle change
