Meal Service (Ms. Wyatt)

It is critical for every Hinkley HS family to complete a free and reduced lunch application. During remote learning, families will be able to pick up meals at Hinkley, and any of the 47 districtwide drive-through grab-and-go school locations. At Hinkley, families may drive-through and pick up meals from 10:45-11:30 a.m., and from 4:45-5:30 p.m. Nutrition Services staff members will ask for student names, grades and dates of birth at pickup locations. If you have children who attend multiple schools, you will only need to drive to one location to pick up meals. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided to students who qualify for free and reduced lunch. All others will be charged $4.75 for grab-and-go meals. Grab-and-go suppers (super snacks) will be free for anyone age 18 and younger.

LET’S BEGIN A GREAT YEAR! (ADMIN)

Dr. Irvin: T-Birds face challenges with a relentless commitment to success!

Mr. Evans: Find a way or make one!

Ms. Montoya: Out of the huts of history’s shame. Up from a past that’s rooted in pain. I rise. Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave. I am the dream and the hope of the slave. I rise. I rise. I rise. - Maya Angelou

Ms. Nickerson: Students must have initiative; they should not be mere imitators. They must learn to think and act for themselves- and be FREE. ~Cesar Chavez

Ms. Wyatt: “We May Encounter Many Defeats But We Must Not Be Defeated.” – Maya Angelou

ALL: Go T-Bird Nation!
