Primary Caregiver
Statutory caregiver leave with an enhancement of 20 weeks full pay
Secondary Caregiver
4 weeks paid leave which can be used anytime in the first 12 months
Phased return to work
Individuals can work 80% of contractual hours with full pay for 1 month
Stay in touch & Return to work mentor
Primary caregivers are given the option of stay in touch or return to work mentor.
Each person will be allocated a mentor to support whilst on primary caregiver leave and on return to work
