How do we price and pay for it all?�

• Unlikely that costs will drop significantly
• Despite global challenges, policy, collaboration and innovation have helped us continue to deliver
• Value for money remains the priority but must ensure the Water Sector is commercially attractive

How do we reset Sustainability from being a challenge to becoming BAU?

• Great progress made at all stages - design through construction and into operation
• Need to continue to build into pricing, appraisal and procurement approaches

Why does it take much longer to plan than build?�

• Complexity of statutory processes
• Delivery timelines are extending
• Challenge to meet customer and stakeholder expectations
