If disproportionality by ethnicity is a concern in your school, complete the following two slides.

  • What is the targeted sub-group of concern ? None
  • What changes to our Tier 1 program need to be made to make it more culturally responsive? We have tiered our monthly reward quantifier to reflect months with high ODRs in past data. Our SEL committee sends out monthly newsletters with links to activities, books, etc. that include cultural awareness.

Various staff continue to attend SEL workshops and conferences that are incorporated into their subject/grade level taught.
  • Specify how many are on each Tier 2 Intervention:

Data Analysis Complete new analysis each month – describe briefly.

  • How are we doing overall? What positives have been occurring and what are areas of concern? Mentors are going well, they had a check in meeting and we have added 2 additional mentors to begin in February. PBIS Committee met twice in January. We are continuously re-evaluating some of our Tier 1 and 2 initiatives. Parent volunteers are assisting us with fundraising. The principal began a monthly lunch ticket available each week to one upper elementary and one lower elementary student to chose as a prize for the weekly Cougar Store. January was mentor month. We highlighted our mentors throughout the month.

    • Problem behaviors: classroom
