Setting preferred languages

First, ensure that all users have a preferred language set on their account, which can be set by:

• users for themselves�
• teachers for any class member �
• admin for any school member�
• SIS Sync rostering

Translation

Translate messages

When you send a message it will be translated to each person in their preferred language!

• In the message composer, click on the translate icon and make sure the translate box is checked.�
• You can preview and edit messages before sending.

• Translation can be turned off for any message - have to think about those foreign language and ESL teachers!

• You can now receive messages translated back to YOUR preferred language.
