  • Offer the demo “If you’d like, we can do a lovely scalp massage experience in the shop right now? It takes 5-10 minutes and you’ll leave feeling relaxed.”

  • “I’m just going to go wash my hands before we begin, have a seat with the Lush Times while I go do that.”
