Identify a group facilitator. Consolidate key ideas into categories and come to some agreement on which ideas belong in which lanes

SPLASH your ideas!! What Key Tenets are essential for ALL staff to know and understand before trying something new. Too loose or too tight? Learning by doing suggests we have the big ideas and are learning the specifics.

As an example, Anthony Lapke is aligning a leveled pathways based on standards for a math course while learning new instructional strategies to promote student agency, assessment, and voice and choice. Learning matters most, time matters least.

“Slow Lane” represents what we think ALL staff need to know and understand by the end of next school year.

“Fast Lane” represents what some staff will know, and start implementing by the end of next school year.

Data binders, priority standards, Flex schedules, inclusive Tier II interventions, WINN time, Dance GT, CREW time, Mastery Bell, Learning matters most - time matters least.
