Key Features (Student)

  • Students can easily schedule appointments with a tutor of their choice.
    • Students have the choice to choose a time comfortable for them
    • Students input what courses they need help with
    • Students can choose to meet in person or online
  • Students can also view their total amount of tutoring hours.
    • Requires student to input their panther ID and email registered in the DB
    • Shows the student a list of all their appointments and their status’s
    • Students can also cancel upcoming appointments if they wish.

Key Features (Professors/Tutors)

  • Professors can create accounts for themselves and trusted tutors
  • Account passwords are encrypted within the database
  • These accounts are used to log in as an admin
  • As an admin, you can view and manage the appointments for students
  • Mark appointments as complete to add a tutor hour to the student

  • Management page for adding courses and other information
  • Generate reports with statistics for the semester
