Contestants:

Currently there are 5 contestants raising money for Harvey Milk, hoping for a chance to perform on the big night, including the return of Miss Information (aka Ryan Swick).

More contestants wanted! There’s still time to enter the competition (or convince someone else to!) It would be great to have members of our community up on stage to cheer on.

Sign up to be a contestant or donate so your favorite performer(s) has a chance to perform on stage! Only the top 5 fundraisers will get to perform.

Volunteers and Photographers needed!

Thursday, February 10, 9:30-10:15

The new school shirts in a rainbow of colors have arrived! We need 15-20 volunteers to help distribute the t-shirts so the kids can get back to class quickly. It will be an exciting opportunity to take part in our first full student gathering in almost 2 years! Can you help?

All volunteers, meet on Thursday on the yard after drop off between 9:15-9:30. Thank you!

We also would love to have a few professional or hobbyist photographers capture the excitement on the ground and shoot from the balcony in tandem to include all the kids spread out all across the yard. If anyone by chance has a drone camera, please let the swag team know!

Please email swag@harveymilk.com, or text Liz at (510) 499-9465 (parent of 3rd grader Theo) if you can help, and they will share more details. Thank you!
