Tilawat

​

And it is by the great mercy of Allah that thou art kind towards them, and if thou hadst been rough and hard-hearted, they would surely have dispersed from around thee. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult them in matters of administration; and when thou art determined, then put thy trust in Allah. Surely, Allah loves those who put their trust in Him. (Aal-e-Imran verse 160)

پس اللّٰہ کی خاص رحمت کی وجہ سے تُو ان کے لئے نرم ہو گیا۔ اور اگر تُو تندخو (اور) سخت دل ہوتا تو وہ ضرور تیرے گِرد سے دُور بھاگ جاتے۔ پس ان سے دَرگزر کر اور ان کے لئے بخشش کی دعا کر اور (ہر) اہم معاملہ میں ان سے مشورہ کر۔ پس جب تُو (کوئی) فیصلہ کر لے تو پھر اللّٰہ ہی پر توکل کر۔یقیناً اللّٰہ توکل کرنے والوں سے محبت رکھتا ہے۔ (اٰلِ عمران آیت ۱۶۰)

Khadim’s Pledge

أَشْهَدُ أنْ لَّا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ وَأشْهَدُ أنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ

​

I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah. He is One and has no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم is His servant and Messenger. I solemnly pledge that I shall always be ready to sacrifice my life, wealth, time and honor for the sake of my faith, country and nation. Likewise I shall be ready to offer any sacrifice for guarding the institution of Khilafat-e-Ahmadiyya. Moreover I shall deem it essential to abide by any “Maroof” decision made by Khalifatul Masih Insha’Allah.

أَشْهَدُ أنْ لَّا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ وَأشْهَدُ أنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ

​

میں اقرار کرتا ہوں کہ دینی، قومی اور ملی مفاد کی خاطر میں اپنی جان، مال، وقت اور عزت کو قربان کرنے کے لیے ہر دم تیار رہوں گا ۔ اسی طرح خلافتِ احمدیہ کے قائم رکھنے کی خاطر ہر قربانی کے لیےتیار رہوں گا اور خلیفئہ وقت جو بھی معروف فیصلہ فرمائیں گےاس کی پابندی کرنی ضروری سمجھوں گا۔(انشاء اللّٰہ)

خادِم کاعہد

The Life Cycle of Majlis-e-Shura

1. Local Majalis submit their proposals.
2. National Amila reviews all received proposals and submits their recommendation of approval or rejection for each proposal along with a reasoning to Hazrat Khalifatul Masih. 
3. Majlis-e-Shura deliberates on the approved proposals. 
4. Majlis-e-Shura finalizes its recommendations for each proposal, which are then submitted to to Hazrat Khalifatul Masih for approval.
5. After the approval, the Shura recommendations are implemented by the relevant department throughout the year at the national, regional, and local level.

مجلس شوریٰ کا طریقہ کار

۱۔ مقامی مجالس اپنی اپنی تجاویز بھجواتی ہیں۔

۲۔ نیشنل عاملہ تمام تجاویز کے بارے میں اپنی رائے حضرت خلیفۃ المسیح کی خدمت میں بھیجتی ہے۔

۳۔ منظور شدہ تجاویز پر مجلس شوریٰ میں بحث ہوتی ہے۔

۴۔ مجلس شوریٰ تمام تجاویز پر اپنی سفارشات وضع کرتی ہے جن کو حضرت خلیفۃ المسیح کی خدمت میں منظوری کی غرض سے بھیجا جاتا ہے۔

۵۔ حضرت خلیفۃ المسیح کی طرف سے منظور شدہ تجاویز پر ہر سطح پر عمل در آمد کیا جاتا ہے۔

Khuddam USA Majlis-e-Shura 2025

• Held on August 22-24, 2025 at Baitur Rahman Mosque in Maryland
• Following proposals were discussed:
1. Deliberate on ways to increase congregational Salat attendance at the Mosque or Salat Center throughout the year, with a special focus on Salat Ashra.
2. Review the implementation status of the decisions of the past three Majalis-e-Shura. Evaluate where the shortcomings lie and how they can be addressed, and deliberate on the future course of action to implement the decisions in full. Two subcommittees were assigned to this.
3. Income and Expense Budget FY 2025-26.

مجلس خدام الاحمدیہ امریکہ کی مجلس شوریٰ ۲۰۲۵ء

• مجلس شوریٰ اس سال ۲۲ تا ۲۴ اگست مسجد بیت الرحمٰن میری لینڈ میں منعقد ہوئی۔
• اس سال مجلس شوریٰ میں مندرجہ ذیل تجاویز پر بحث ہوئی:
1. پورےسال کے دوران مساجد یا نماز سینٹرز پر باجماعت نمازوں میں حاضری بڑھانے کے طریقوں پر غور ، خصوصاً عشرۂ صلوٰۃ کے دوران۔
2. گزشتہ تین سال کی مجالسِ شوریٰ کے فیصلوں کے نفاذ کی صورتحال کا جائزہ ۔ کمزوریوں اور کوتاہیوں کی نشاندہی اور ان کے ازالے کے طریقوں پر غور ، نیز آئندہ کے لائحہ عمل پر بحث تاکہ تمام فیصلوں پر مکمل طور پر عمل درآمد ہو سکے۔اس مقصد کے لیے دو ذیلی کمیٹیاں مقرر کی گئی تھیں۔
3. بجٹ آمد و اخراجات برائے سال ۲۶-۲۰۲۵

Approval of Recommendations

• Huzoor-e-Anwar(aba) has approved the recommendations for these three proposals.
• It is the responsibility of Shura delegates and office holders to implement the approved recommendations.
• Shura delegates are elected for the whole year. They should make sure all approved Shura recommendations are implemented in their respective Majalis.

تجاویزِ شوریٰ کی منظوری

• حضرت خلیفۃ المسیح ایدہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ نے مذکورہ بالا تمام ۳ تجاویزِ شوریٰ کو منظور فرمالیا ہے۔

• شوریٰ کے نمائندگان اور تمام عہدیداران کی یہ ذمہ داری ہے کہ ان تجاویز پر عملدرآمد کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔

• شوریٰ کے نمائندوں کا انتخاب پورے سال کے لئے ہوتا ہے۔ اُن کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ اپنی اپنی مجالس میں ان تجاویز پر عملدرآمد کو یقینی بنائیں۔

Proposal 1

Deliberate on ways to increase congregational Salat attendance at the Mosque or Salat Center throughout the year, with a special focus on Salat Ashra.

پورےسال کے دوران مساجد یا نماز سینٹرز پر باجماعت نمازوں میں حاضری بڑھانے کے طریقوں پر غورکیا جائے ، خصوصاً عشرۂ صلوٰۃ کے دوران۔

Proposal 1: Summary of Approved Recommendations

1. Creation of Muʾākhāt المؤاخاة) Brotherhood) System:
• Pair Khuddam who regularly attend congregational Salat with engaged Khuddam, especially Amila members who are less regular and who live within a 20-minute radius of the mosque and Salat centers.
2. Accountability & Education During Salat Ashra:
• Collect and analyze daily Amila members’ attendance data during Salat Ashra and share with relevant administrators of local and regional Majalis. Hold national review calls with all Qaideen and Nazimeen Tarbiyyat with Sadr Majlis or representatives of Sadr Majlis during the Ashra.
• During Salat Ashra, remind parents of Atfal to encourage and bring Atfal to Salat at the Mosque or Salat Center.
• Share daily content (Holy Qur’an, Ahadith, Khulafa quotes, testimonials, videos) during Ashra to increase awareness of the blessings and obligatory nature of congregational Salat.
3. Amila Fajr Initiative:
• Introduce an all Amila (National, Regional, and Local) Fajr initiative every Saturday to begin establishing the habit of offering Fajr Salat in congregation at the Mosque or Salat Center.

تجویز نمبر ۱: منظور شدہ سفارشات کا خلاصہ

1. مؤاخات (بھائی چارہ) نظام کا قیام:

• ان خدام کو جو باقاعدگی سے باجماعت نماز ادا کرتے ہیں، اُن خدام کے ساتھ جوڑا جائے جو کم باقاعدہ ہیں، خصوصاً عاملہ ممبران۔ یہ جوڑیاں اُن افراد کے درمیان بنائی جائیں جو مسجد یا نماز سینٹر سے 20 منٹ کے فاصلے کے اندر رہتے ہوں۔

2. عشرۂ صلوٰۃ کے دوران احتساب اور تربیت:

• عشرۂ صلوٰۃ کے دوران عاملہ ممبران کی روزانہ حاضری کا ڈیٹا جمع کیا جائے اور متعلقہ لوکل اور ریجنل ناظمین کے ساتھ شیئر کیا جائے۔ قومی سطح پر تمام قائدین اور ناظمین تربیت کے ساتھ صدر مجلس یا اُن کے نمائندوں کے ساتھ جائزہ اجلاس منعقد کئے جائیں۔
• عشرۂ صلوٰۃ کے دوران والدین کو یاد دہانی کروائی جائے کہ وہ اپنے اطفال کو مسجد یا نماز سینٹر میں نماز کے لیے لائیں۔
• عشرہ کے دوران روزانہ دینی مواد (قرآن کریم، احادیث، خلفاء کے ارشادات، بیانات، ویڈیوز وغیرہ) شیئر کئے جائیں تاکہ باجماعت نماز کی برکات اور فرضیت کے بارے میں آگاہی بڑھے۔

3. عاملہ فجر مہم:

• ہر ہفتے کے روز نیشنل ، ریجنل اور لوکل سطح پر “عاملہ فجر مہم” شروع کی جائے تاکہ مسجد یا نماز سینٹر میں باجماعت فجر کی نماز ادا کرنے کی عادت پیدا کی جا سکے۔

Proposal 2

Majlis-e-Shura is advised to review the implementation status of the decisions of the past three Majalis-e-Shura. It should evaluate where the shortcomings lie and how they can be addressed, and deliberate on the future course of action to implement the decisions in full.

گزشتہ تین سال کی مجالسِ شوریٰ کے فیصلوں کے نفاذ کی صورتحال کا جائزہ لیا جائے۔ کمزوریوں اور کوتاہیوں کی نشاندہی اور ان کے ازالے کے طریقوں پر غور کیا جائے، نیز آئندہ کے لائحہ عمل پر بحث کی جائے تاکہ تمام فیصلوں پر مکمل طور پر عمل درآمد ہو سکے۔

• Increase Khuddam attendance at Jalsa Salana (both US and West Coast)
• Fully and promptly implement the Saiqeen System and strengthen the Saiqeen through training
• Have 100 observers at Majlis-e-Shura and collect data to assess progress towards the goals
• Increase engagement with Khuddam regarding importance of Hajj
• Improve data collection regarding New Immigrant Khuddam
• Create MKA sanctioned clubs with clear objectives and deliverable goals
• Provided greater education and guidance to Khuddam not paying Chanda. Create a task force for this objective

• جلسہ سالانہ میں خدام کی حاضری میں اضافہ کیا جائے (جلسہ سالانہ امریکہ اور جلسہ سالانہ ویسٹ کوسٹ دونوں میں)۔
• سائقین کے نظام کو مکمل اور بروقت نافذ کیا جائے اور تربیت کے ذریعے سائقین کو مضبوط کیا جائے۔
• مجلسِ شوریٰ میں 100 مبصرین مقرر کئے جائیں اور اہداف کی طرف پیش رفت کا جائزہ لینے کے لیے ڈیٹا جمع کیا جائے۔
• حج کی اہمیت کے حوالے سے خدام کی تعلیم و تربیت اور ان سے رابطہ میں اضافہ کیا جائے۔
• امریکہ میں نئے آنے والے خدام سے متعلق ڈیٹا اکٹھا کرنے کے عمل میں بہتری لائی جائے۔
• مجلس خدام الاحمدیہ کے منظور شدہ کلب قائم کئے جائیں جن کے واضح مقاصد اور قابلِ عمل اہداف ہوں۔
• جو خدام چندہ ادا نہیں کر رہے، اُن کے لیے بہتر تعلیم اور رہنمائی فراہم کی جائے۔ اس مقصد کے لیے ایک ٹاسک فورس قائم کی جائے۔

• Overcoming addictions: Share pending materials and complete remaining videos and interactive discussions. Establish online clinic to overcome addiction.
• Rishta Naata: Establish clear implementation plans for mentorship and matchmaking committees with clearly defined success metrics. Set realistic proposals targets. Coordinate Khuddam events with Jamaat Meet and Greet events.
• Wasiyyat: Implement structured communication chain from National Amila to Local. Prioritize majalis with less than 50% Moosian. Establish dedicated team to ensure coverage of all 10 regions.
• Tarbiyyat: Drive monthly parent sessions across at least 50% majalis. Track and support father specific visits.
• Tabligh: Develop structured online curriculum with clear pass/fail criteria and Daeen certification standards. Redesign content for better engagement. Transform Daeen camps into practical, hands on training experiences.

• نشوں/بری عادتوں سے نجات: باقی ماندہ مواد شیئر کیا جائے اور رہ جانے والی ویڈیوز اور انٹرایکٹو مباحث مکمل کی جائیں۔ لت سے نجات کے لیے ایک آن لائن کلینک قائم کیا جائے۔
• رشتہ ناطہ: منٹورشپ اور میچ میکنگ کمیٹیوں کے نفاذ کے لیے واضح منصوبے بنائے جائیں اور ان کے کامیابی کے پیمانے صاف طور پر متعین ہوں۔ رشتے حقیقت پسندی کے ساتھ ڈھونڈے جائیں۔ خدام کے پروگراموں کو جماعت کے ملاقات و تعارف (Meet and Greet) ایونٹس کے ساتھ ہم آہنگ کیا جائے۔
• وصیت: نیشنل عاملہ سے لوکل عاملہ تک رابطے کا ایک فعال نظام نافذ کیا جائے۔ اُن مجالس کو ترجیح دی جائے جہاں موصیان 50٪ سے کم ہوں۔ تمام 10 ریجنز کی کوریج کے لیے ایک مخصوص ٹیم تشکیل دی جائے۔
• تربیت: کم از کم 50٪ مجالس میں ماہانہ والدین کے سیشنز منعقد کرائے جائیں۔ والد حضرات سے متعلق مخصوص دوروں/ملاقاتوں کی نگرانی اور معاونت کی جائیں۔
• تبلیغ: واضح پاس/فیل معیار اور داعین کی سرٹیفکیشن کے معیارات کے ساتھ ایک منظم آن لائن نصاب تیار کیا جائے۔ بہتر شمولیت کے لیے مواد کو ازسرِنو ڈیزائن کیا جائے۔ داعین کے کیمپس کو عملی، ہینڈز آن تربیتی تجربات میں تبدیل کیا جائے۔

Proposal 3: Approved Recommendation

1. Monthly Reminders: Implement a system for sending out individualized monthly dues reminders at the national level.
2. Budget Submission for Non-Participating Members: Develop and maintain a list of Khuddam who have not submitted budgets or contributed to plan and implement an outreach program aimed at reducing this number by 10% annually.
3. Quarterly Performance-Based Rewards: Establish a quarterly reward program that grants Alam-e-Inami points to Majalis achieving or surpassing their financial targets.
4. Waqifeen-e-Nau Budget and Participation: Strive for 100% budget submission and participation from all Waqf-e-Nau members in both Atfal and Khuddam auxiliaries.
5. National Maal Department Analysis: The National Maal Department will provide an analysis of submitted budgets, specifically identifying Khuddam who consistently submit the same amounts. This list will be given to local Majalis for outreach purposes.

تجویز نمبر ۳: منظور شدہ سفارش

• ماہانہ یاد دہانیاں: قومی سطح پر انفرادی طور پر ماہانہ واجبات/چندہ کی یاد دہانی بھیجنے کے لیے ایک نظام نافذ کیا جائے۔

• نا دہندہ خدام کی بجٹ جمع کرانے کی فہرست: ایسے خدام کی فہرست تیار اور برقرار رکھی جائے جنہوں نے بجٹ جمع نہیں کرایا یا ادائیگی نہیں کی، اور ایک رابطہ/آؤٹ ریچ پروگرام کی منصوبہ بندی و نفاذ کی جائے تاکہ اس تعداد میں سالانہ ۱۰ فیصد کمی لائی جا سکے۔

• سہ ماہی کارکردگی پر مبنی انعامات: ایک سہ ماہی انعامی پروگرام قائم کریں جو اپنے مالی اہداف حاصل کرنے یا اس سے بڑھ جانے والی مجالس کو علمِ انعامی کے پوائنٹس دے۔

• واقفینِ نو بجٹ اور شمولیت: اطفال اور خدام دونوں معاون تنظیموں میں تمام واقفینِ نو اراکین سے 100٪ بجٹ جمع کرانے اور بھرپور شرکت کو یقینی بنانے کی کوشش کریں۔

• قومی محکمۂ مال کا تجزیہ: قومی محکمۂ مال جمع شدہ بجٹ کا تجزیہ فراہم کرے گا، بالخصوص اُن خدام کی نشاندہی کرے گا جو مسلسل ایک ہی رقم جمع کراتے ہیں۔ یہ فہرست مقامی مجالس کو رابطہ/آؤٹ ریچ کے لیے دی جائے گی۔
