If this program is chosen for your child’s online program it will be for reading AND math. No additional program is required.
The student works in core subjects: early literacy, reading, writing, language, math while also building social - emotional skills. �

IXL Language
- Each topic offers visual representations, listening exercises, interactive activities and more.
- Move through skills at your own pace.
- Pages include vibrant images and enticing awards and certificates to be earned.
- Easy to read reports let you know what problems students missed, their trouble spots and their progression over time.
- Students have the option for the problems to be read aloud to them.

-Does not necessarily teach ELA but quizzes students on it. More of ELA “practice” not teaching.
Reading Eggs
- Readers interact with engaging online reading games and activities
- Students earn rewards for completing reading activities
-Once students complete the Reading Eggs level, they will then be prompted to complete the next level called “Reading Eggspress”
- Students are able to work in the Fast Phonics Peaks within Reading Eggs
Please Note:
-Students can bypass the reading activities and just play games which does not count towards their weekly usage amount.
LEXIA
- Begins with a short placement test (20 minutes)
- Activities work on: Phonemic Awareness, Spelling, Reading Fluency, Comprehension & Vocabulary
- Student-driven learning
- Lessons will be provided based on areas of struggle

-Targets areas where students are struggling and allows students to progress immediately once mastery is achieved.
