[Welcome Dr. Lawson]
[Email Composed][From: Dr. Phong]
[To: Recruit Screening]
[Subject: Prospect Larson]
Good Evening,
I am emailing you the transcript of the interview between myself and Ms. Larson for her Psychological and personality screening. I’ve found that they seem to have almost two different personalities, not entirely but they act very different depending on the scenario, and mentioning her daughter brought up a very interesting response. However I don’t foresee it being an issue and recommend them for the next stage of screening.
Sincerely,
Dr. Phong

Dr. Phong: Good evening Miss Larson, I am Doctor Phong, I’m just here to ask you some questions, see if you’re fit for the job.
Larson: It’s very good to meet you Doctor.
Dr. Phong: Now I see here that you had some…Troubles, before you joined the Marines, care to elaborate on those?
Larson: Well Doctor, I was young, dumb, and caught up with the wrong crowd of people in college. Should’ve stayed on the right path but, figured after putting everything into highschool and getting that scholarship, “Why not take some time to just relax and mess around.” I was wrong for it and well, wound me up in several terrible situations. But, cleaned myself up, joined the Marines, been sober since then.
Dr. Phong: Glad to hear you’ve cleaned up. Now I’m curious, the citation for your award says that you saved a fellow Marine’s life at great risk to your own, even earning you a purple heart as well as a Silver Cross. What went through your head at that moment.
Larson: I’m not entirely sure to be honest. Something in my brain was just screaming at me to get him to safety. He was maybe double my weight due to his size and kit but, something just kept me pushing. Wound up taking a bullet for it but, he lived. Got him back to CAS in time.
[File Opened: Larson, Bianca Interview Continued.txt]
Dr. Phong: Mighty bold of you if I’m going to be honest. Especially considering you have a daughter.
Larson: *silence*
Dr. Phong: Ms. Larson?
Larson: I’d rather not talk about her. I…I have regrets regarding her and how I handled the situation.
Dr. Phong: Very well. Regardless I am clearing you to proceed to the next portion of screening.
PHYSICAL EVALUATION
Despite clear drug usage in their past, it does not affect them now and their physical fitness scores from the USMC seems to reflect that it has not affected their abilities. In fact they now hold a resentment towards drugs of any kind as well as holding their physical state in a higher stance than they had previously viewed it. On her arm is a large scar from where she was shot during her service. In addition she appears to no longer need glasses despite a previous prescription (albeit the actual adjustment the glasses provided was minimal). This in combination with how their Psyche Eval went gives me enough proof to medically clear them

Early Life
Bianca was raised by her grandmother in Point Place, Wisconsin. Her parents seemed to be too busy with rehab or getting drunk to raise her proper so her grandmother took her in. She was able to coast her way through school and into a scholarship for Biology. She started off her college years on the right track, good grades, a model student. However that was until she began going to parties. Drinking, drugs, partying, all of it began to hit her grades and performance pretty hard. It was to the point she would rarely show up to classes sober, if she even showed up at all and her grades reflected.
Jail Time and Military Decision
Her time spent partying and getting in with the wrong crowd finally caught up to her. She was arrested for possession of Marijuana and Underage Drinking. She was sentenced to 3 years of prison with a chance at parole halfway through. Due to this she lost her scholarship and spent approximately a year in prison before getting out on parole due to good behavior. During her time spent on parole she would meet someone and by chance have a child with them. However they separated shortly after. She was offered another break in the sense that if she joined the military her parole sentence would be cut in half and the rest of the charges waived, not to mention being able to provide numerous benefits for her daughter. She agreed and enlisted into the Marines, achieving a high score on the ASVAB, despite this going into the 7212 MOS to become a LAAD (Low Altitude Air Defense) Gunner.
Military Service
Shortly before shipping off to her new career, she made the hard decision to send her daughter to an orphanage, deciding that it would be better if her daughter never met Bianca. Bootcamp was a bit of a struggle and a total culture shock for Bianca. She was towards the bottom of the platoon as far as fitness wise, struggled listening to commands half the time, and was very uncoordinated. However over time she steadily began to work at herself, eventually becoming Guide of the platoon. Upon graduating she was placed at the rank of Private First Class and went to MCT where she was meritoriously promoted to Lance Corporal. Upon finishing MCT she went to MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, CA for her MOS school. She graduated top of her class, continuing to follow along on the straight and narrow path of redemption of her character. Shortly after finishing MOS school the unit she was stationed at was deployed to the middle east to provide air defense support for an infantry platoon. While integrated with the platoon she received a Navy Cross for her actions when a patrol went awry.
Navy Cross Citation
For extraordinary heroism in the midst of combat while serving as a Low Altitude Air Defense Gunner squad leader, in action against enemy combatants encountered during a patrol. Corporal Larson in the face of danger rushed to the aid of a fellow Marine, grabbing them by the plate carrier and dragging them to safety while providing covering fire. During the engagement she was struck by an enemy round. Despite her wound she continued to drag the Marine to safety and see to it that the Marine was safely extracted. Corporal Larson’s swift and brave actions provides a stellar example of not leaving a man behind and reflects the highest credit upon Corporal Larson and the United States Naval Service.

Discharge to Recruitment
Upon finishing her contract with the Marine Corps she went back to college, once again excelling in classes for biology. While on her off time she balanced it with being a security guard for a government building. At this time Foundation Recruiters were looking for new prospects and Bianca was one of the candidates looked at. This leads us to the current screening. We will update this file with more details as her career in the Foundation continues.

First Impressions
PVT Larson seems to fit in rather well despite the drastic change in life. However the personality difference is much more noticeable now. While dealing with active scenarios she barely talks unless it is giving orders or guidance to others. I will be recommending them to joining Nu-7 here shortly, I feel that their skillset could benefit the Task Force. I do wish to see more from her as she has quite a lot of potential.

Incident 19-682-23
During a breach of containment by SCP-682, Nu-7 Corporal Larson had single-handedly evacuated over 15 Personnel, including 5 wounded personnel from the Site despite the chaos that was being caused around them. This alone would be the reason for her promotion to Sergeant, putting them in charge of a small air defense fireteam.
Transfer to Site-66
On 20240406, Nu-7 SSGT Larson transferred over to Site-66 at the rank of JFS. After showing several weeks of dedication to the Foundation she was promoted to the rank of FS, adopting the callsign ‘Recon’ simply because she always felt the need to go explore and keep tabs on what was happening around surface. At the approximate date of 20240627 FS ‘Recon’ sustained massive injuries due to a premature detonation of explosive devices. The resulting blast nearly killed her and caused burns across the left side of her body.
Branch Transfer
Following the incident that resulted in FS ‘Recon’s near death experience, thoughts of what drove her to keep going resulted in her decision to transfer to Medical, with dreams of completing her medical training. On 20240704 her transfer request was accepted and she was inducted at the rank of Senior Resident. On 20240714 she was promoted to the rank of Chief Resident and on 20240728 given the role of Paramedic Co-Lead as well as promotion to Attending Physician.
