Respect for Others: Pupil Y's demand for immediate assistance and use of all caps is considered rude and disrespectful to Teacher X. It is important to use polite language and avoid shouting in online conversations.

Patience and Understanding: Pupil Y's expectation of immediate gratification is unrealistic and violates the principle of patience. It's important to understand that others may have competing priorities or limitations.

Effective Communication: Pupil Y's request for a "sample project A.S.A.P" is unclear and could be interpreted as demanding. It's better to be specific and polite when making requests.
