Research of the development within a “Life Cycle of an Employee,” in the field of psychology.
The benefit of hybrid remote psychology work given the pandemic circumstances. I have done thorough research on the way companies are innovating their policy of hybrid work.
My research has also focused on emergency preparedness within our organization and how to shelter in place.
I have done thorough research on inclusivity in the workplace via human resources.
My research was very theme oriented, and I wrote an event itinerary on behalf of Black History month.
I was able to converse with the elderly (many of whom have Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease). This was very liberating, as being apart of a team who cares of the elderly gave me an inside look into human behavior.
