• This offer is available to K-12 schools, districts, consortia*, and Higher Education organizations in the US and Canada.

• This Promotion Period is January 1, 2024 - December 5, 2025, or while available services last.

• Services should be scheduled within 30 days of receiving written approval from Google. Services not scheduled within 30 days of receiving written approval may not be available.

**What customers qualify for the offer? Customers who:

• Did not own Education Plus licenses as of January 1, 2024 and purchase 500 or more licenses of Google Workspace for Education Plus during the promotion period. Only one order*** of 500 or more Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses per educational organization is eligible for the promotion

• Purchased G Suite Enterprise for Education (GSEfE) Full Domain Licensing on a promotional discount. (See “Step 1”)

• For customers transitioning from GSEfE to Education Plus, proof of intent to purchase Google Workspace for Education Plus required prior to approval for promotion in the form of Purchase Order, Invoice, and/or an official customer-signed student enrollment verification letter (goo.gle/studentverification)

• Limit 1 offer per order. Qualifying order submitted for this offer cannot be used to qualify for any other Google for Education service-related offers

• *“Consortia” is defined as an entity (Association, Dioceses, etc.) that may combine member school purchases for joint qualification of services.

• ***An order of Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses is defined for both K12 and Higher Education as: a purchase of Full Domain Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses

• Renewals of G Suite Enterprise for Education or Google Workspace for Education Plus subscriptions do not qualify

• Full Domain Licensing requires the purchase of Education Plus licenses for full time enrolled students in your institution (as outlined here)

• Consortia may only combine member school first time purchases of Full Domain Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses
