The MCC exists to champion member value. It devises strategies to engage community members, promote collaboration, and encourage meaningful contributions. By organizing events, forums, and online platforms, the committee creates spaces for interaction and knowledge-sharing among community participants. 2025 Purpose

  • Support the Cardano community by fostering inclusion, accessibility, and innovation.
  • Drive engagement through education, outreach, and membership programs.
  • Enable growth and sustainability of the Cardano ecosystem through grants, hackathons, and workshops.
  • Act as a bridge between Intersect’s strategic goals and the community’s needs.

2025 Goals

  1. Outreach and Education
    • Conduct workshops, local meetups, and hackathons to engage the global community.
    • Launch Intersect membership education programs to ensure members understand their roles and benefits.
  2. Inclusion and Accessibility
    • Establish community hubs in underserved regions to broaden access.
    • Create educational internships and an accessible membership tier.
  3. Innovation and Builder Support
    • Facilitate community grants and support builders through direct funding and mentorship.
    • Gather and prioritize new product and feature requests to drive ecosystem innovation.
  4. Events and Engagement
    • Host annual member meetings and town halls to foster collaboration.
    • Drive membership campaigns to grow the Cardano community.
  5. Operational Efficiency
    • Develop a robust MCC operational budget.
    • Administer grants effectively and ensure transparency in vendor selection and fund allocation.
    • Provide stipends for committee members and support working group operations.
