Get familiar with the test objectives and the specific areas to be tested.

Be clear on your role during the session (e.g., note-taker) and how you will collaborate with the lead researcher.

Review the note-taking format and ensure that you’re comfortable using it.

�Be aware of the test day schedule, logistics, and session flow. Familiarize yourself with the kiosk setup

�Go over the predefined user tasks to understand what participants will be doing during the session.

Participant Management

  1. Screen the participants using the screening questionnaire
  2. If qualified, guide the participant to the test kiosk area.
  3. A team member other than the lead researcher has to take the responsibility.
  4. In case multiple users show up at the same time/if a session is in progress, lead them to the waiting area.
  5. Direct them to the test kiosk table set up when the previous session is completed.
