Mission Statement

The Tomball Christian Warriors are a Christian-based, homeschool support organization that focuses on developing Godly men and women through competitive sports, striving for excellence in competition, character and ministry as to be an example of Christ throughout our community and around the world.

Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas and old wives' tales. Instead, train yourself to be godly. Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.

1 Timothy 4:7-8

  • To be qualified for the TCW cheer leadership team an athlete may not have more than 2 demerits for the season or any violations of item 6 in the Code of Conduct.
  • Leadership tryouts will be held at the beginning of the season.

Attendance at all TCW Cheer events (tryouts, cheer camp, practices, games, etc) is mandatory. We are a team and everyone needs to be there. We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that are beyond your control (ie: hospitalization, illness and/or death of immediate family member) during the season that may require the athlete to miss an event. It is imperative that the athlete communicate any extenuating circumstances with the Cheer Director and Head Coach as soon as possible. Supporting documentation may be required. Family vacations are not considered extenuating circumstances. Without prior approval of extenuating circumstances, missing a TCW Cheer event will be considered a resignation from the TCW Cheer team. In this event, appeals to the TCW Board may be made through the TCW Cheer Director and at her discretion.

Please Note: The season does not end after Homecoming but after the last regular season game. Any athlete wanting to go to Nationals, must continue to attend practice. If the athlete drops off after Homecoming, they will not be eligible to return the following year.
