What students said:

"Getting to see people who looked like me on such a high platform sharing their perspectives and many experiences/stories made me feel heard; I’m usually a very quiet person and have trouble expressing myself to others without feeling judged. But getting the opportunity to see those who represented both me AND different fields of occupations, I was able to empathize with them on a personal level which made me feel even more connected to such a big community :) This is one of the days when I can truly embrace myself for who I am. What students said:

"Hearing the guest speakers talk about overcoming the challenges they have faced and how they did was encouraging. Also, speakers like Sam Hyun and Amy Sangiolo who emphasized how important it is for students/teens to stand up for themselves and speak up was motivating and exactly what I needed to hear right now.
