Last summer, SFE contract began July 1, 2025. During that month, we only fed​ 812 breakfasts and 944 lunches. We were able to grow the summer program and have many ideas to continue for the years to come!

We collaborated with Arkadelphia Kid’s Club to feed the campers nutritious meals each day.

While observing at Peake, I noticed these two trays; both technically reimbursable. All students were offered the same choices, but some chose bare minimum and others EAT!

We had the opportunity to cater for AHS and Goza’s PD days and well as New Hire Orientation.

We have a variety of snacks including chips, drinks, fresh baked cookies and ice cream.

TIP: Connect the activity to student experience, participation, or feedback whenever possible.

We have added a Snack Bar at AHS for students to purchase Smart Snack Compliant ala carte items.
