What is sport ?
AIM
Sport is an important part of our life.
People all over the world are fond of sports and games. Sport makes people healthy, keeps them fit, more organized and better disciplined.
It makes for a healthy mind in a healthy body.
It unites people of different classes and nationalities.
They go in for skiing, skating, table tennis, swimming, volleyball, football, body-building.

Physical training is an important subject at our school. Timofeev A.E is our teacher.
We have got physical training lessons twice a week and we enjoy our lessons very much. At the lessons we run, jump, play games. From time to time in the school competitions and sport festivals take part.
There were a lot of sport competitions in Rodina last year.

The most popular sport in our class is football and volleyball. 18 per cent of pupils prefer hockey. The least popular sport is athletics. Only 10 of pupils like it.
36 % are for watching sport.
64 % are for participating
Sport helps us to stay in a good shape, to build character.
It teachers to win and to lose.
It makes us stronger, and more disciplined and organized.
In my opinion sport teaches about life. It helps to work off extra energy. It makes men out of boys. Besides it’ s a good way to meet different people and make new friends.
I can’t agree that sport is useful. It causes a lot of injures and takes a lot of times and energy.
