Have you heard of Halloween?

It is also known as Hallowe'en, Allhalloween, All Hallows' Eve, or All Saints' Eve. Do you recognise the phrase "hallowed be thy name" from the Our Father? It means "holy."

So just as Christmas Eve is before Christmas Day, All Hallows Eve is before the feast of All Hallows which we now call "All Saints Day."
