Show What you know
Teaching students how to think critically, deeply, metacognitively is a skill that can easily be embedded in all of your lessons. Building this ability to comprehend anything put in front of them goes beyond teaching to the test.
Good thinking transfers!
When we consider content for building comprehension, especially reading, how often do we only choose text? Video offers great fodder for building thinking skills. It’s fast, easy to integrate into subjects, and supports students with special needs.

Tests can be frustrating when they only show what you don’t know. Let students impress you with what they do know and how they can clearly express their ideas and beliefs. Teach to this kind of test!
