By . Dylan perez
Question
How long does it take for water to evaporate faster on different type of leaves.
Research
1.The normal water can last one week 2.you can stored saltwater in a cold or hot bottle and it will last three weeks. 3.When rainwater in a tank or cup it can last until 3 or more months 4.When the salt water is heated up a little it can last in many months.
Hypothesis
1.I can infer that the salt water won't last longer 2.I can infer that the normal water might last longer than the salt water. 3.I think the salt water might last longer when its in a cup. 4.I can infer that while recording some moisture might fall off the leaf.
Variables
Normal water and salt water and different type of leafs. One lamp and pipette.
Materials
Timer-1 Lamp-1 Water-2 Leaves-3 Pipette-1
Methods
First,I will collect 3 different types of leaves. Then,I will put the leaves under a lamp. I will set a timer and record the time that each leafs water has evaporated.

Abstract
My question was how fast can water evaporate on different type of leafs and what i found when i was researching will blow your mind,Spring water can’t evaporate and salt water can evaporate in two cups and it takes two years for spring water to evaporate so that’s why is changed the spring water to normal water and kept the other water salt water.
