What is stress?

  1. In a medical or biological constext stress is a physical mental or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension.
  2. Stress can be external or internal.
  3. It can alter health and emotion as well it can affect cognitive functions a concentration attention decision making ability and creativity.
