Houblon de Citron

DESCRIPTION

In the French speaking parts of Belgium hops go by the name houblon, and lemon is citron, giving this beer the name lemon hop. Coming in at 8.8%abv this beers is deceptively smooth thanks to what the Belgian’s refer to as a “digestible” character, which refers to its low residual gravity and dry character. We also used a high quality belgian pilsner malt and a bit of biscuit malt to build a backbone for the alcohol.
