Work with county GOP to provide training to members on how to become precinct chairs, convention delegates and party activities as well as party platform
Encourage members to attend county GOP events, participate in committees and attend state convention
Encourage members to attend NFRW and TFRW conventions, meetings and training sessions

Always reinforce TFRW and club bylaws and objectives
Ensure that every member has a purpose
Reinforce the importance of being an active member
Highlight members in club newsletter
