Children will travel back in time to the Roman city of Pompeii and explore the impact the roman empire had to daily life here in Britain.

Plants and soils -We will explore the conditions plants need to thrive, including light, water, air, nutrients from soil. They will learn about the parts of a plant, their functions, and how plants reproduce through pollination, seed formation, and dispersal.

Spelling homework will be recorded in your child’s planner every Thursday. Please ensure they practice these.
Maths booklets will be sent home every Thursday also.
Reading
Children should be read with 4x per week and these should be recorded in their planner. It is recommended that you read each book three times.
Any spare plastic bottles with screw lids (small/medium size) would be much appreciated! (In preparation for art week).
