We are considering adding in intentional support to “graduates” of the program…. some sort of reflection for Year 4 and/or 5. We also have more ideas for a portfolio to help NT document and reflect on their growth and journey.

We could use stormboard for them to jot thoughts as they hear us present. We will need some sort of protocol for sharing feedback at the end. We need to arrive at a consensus of how to best support new teachers going forward. |
