One to One Planner – GAINS WORKSHEET

The purpose of this workshop is to share from the GOALS on the GAINS WORKSHEET.

This helps learn more about fellow referral partners. The more we know about each other the stronger our relationships are and we can refer more. Total time for workshop = 10 min.

1. Partner with someone in the meeting. Each person set a timer for a total of 5 minutes and share ONE Personal and ONE Professional Goal. Swap focus to the other partner.
2. During the “contribution portion” of the meeting each person can share 30 SECONDS ONE goal they learned about their partner. Other participants please don’t interrupt, let them get through sharing. If you have questions, please set up a one to one. You can send them a chat and start planning that.
