(I bought the springs shown in the picture, but they're too stiff. I removed some of the leaves and left only the two largest ones, but the leaf springs are still quite stiff. For this model you need 3S LiPo battery.
Battery compartment size 125.8mm x 34.7mm x 26.6mm
Usually this is enough for 3S LiPo 2200-2600mAh battery, but I am get lucky to find 3300mAh battery. Sadly that seller run out of stock, therefore I can`t give you a link.�Pay Attention! Usually sellers writing dimensions of a battery, without including a wires thickness. So, if you see in the description, that battery length is 125mm, this battery do not fit! For this model you need a battery not longer than 118mm!
For model wheels installation you will need small bit for M2 nuts like on image
For assembly of some model elements, you will need long, thin screwdriver, like on image. + type, blade thickness not more than 5mm.�

For printing lamp glasses, you can use transparent PETG filament. You can find them in 10 or 20 meters to save money not buying whole roll.

Printed towing hook is decorative. For towing a trailer can be used a purchased hook like on image above.
To attach the parts, you can use filament piece and solder the ends.

Semi truck chassis tail is mostly similar to dump truck version, but have slightly different look. So, you need to follow instructions from previous slides, but use different parts to assemble correct chassis tail for semi trucks!
Leave this hole without a screw. Later, this hole will be used for attaching a rear fenders.

Use a hexagon key to tighten a screws through that holes.

Axles top links, should be printed with flex filament to low down price of model assembly, but can be replaced with link made from ball joints and threaded shafts. Required links with 48mm and 56mm between centers.

Pay attention to hole position for Middle and rear axle!
Push parts to the end. If they sit not very tight, you can use a soldering iron to fix them. But do not solder parts to much! Just few short touches. Because, if you decide to disassemble axles later, it will be not possible.

Install this brackets only if you planning to install a shock absorbers. As I wrote in the parts list, the shock absorbers is optional, because leaf springs enough strong to hold a model.

Make sure that you installing a servo from correct bracket side. Half holes, should be on rear side!
Before installing the servo arm, connect the servo to the receiver and make sure the servo shaft is in neutral position. Then install the servo arm as shown in the image.

Chapter 2: DC Motor, Engine imitation, Chassis accessories

Recommended to install an exhaust pipes now, because after installation of DC Motor, installation of brown part of the exhaust pipe will be impossible.
After installing a parts, it's recommended to add a glue into seam between parts. It make whole assembly more hermetic and prevent “air leaking”. Of course it's important only if you planning to use a smoke generator.

DC Motor and reducer assembly
To combine a motor with a reducer:�1) Remove mounting plate from reducer by rotating it clockwise.�2) Attach mounting plate to a motor, using M3x8 screws. Pay attention! Mounting plate have 4 holes, when motor have only 2 holes for screws. It`s mean that this is possible to install motor in two position, but only one correct! See correct assembly on right image!�3) Attach a motor to a reducer.
Gear shifting lever should be on left side and perpendicular to a wires pins!
For screws recommended to use a thread glue!

To make an output shaft for the motor, screw an M5x25 screw with LEFT THREAD into inner hole and then cut a screw head. Leave approx. 7-8mm of screw.
Pay attention! Recommended to use a High straight screws!

Before installation an Air outlet cover, recommended to wrap holes with a tape and clear only upper hole.
Correct position of a cover.
Do not tighten screws to tight to have possibility to correct position of a cover on next steps.

You need to cut these cylindrical element.
Glue the gear shifting ring to a lever. Don't use too much glue, to prevent leaking it into a gear shifting mechanism. �You can also hold a motor upside down, while gluing a printed part.

Before tightening the threaded shafts, you can calibrate the hole size with a 3.5mm drill bit.
Use pliers to tighten the shafts. Don't worry about damaging the threads. Threads are only needed on the ends of the shaft.

Warning! Before connecting the servo to the receiver, set the end points for the channel of this servo to about 10-15%. If you do not do this, you can break the servo. After connecting the servo to the receiver, you will need to calibrate the end points looking at the position of the arm.

In this box, I am placed an XT60 connector, that allow me to connect a battery to an entire system. Voltage wires from this connector, I am routed to the boxes inside a fuel tanks.

Inside front fuel tank, I am placed a FlySky i6A 6 channel receiver + 3 small speed controller.�Inside rear fuel tank I am placed a main speed controller. I am used a WP-1060 speed controller. It's perfectly fit in this box.�Video with wiring job will be added later!

Before going to next chapter it's highly recommended to finish all wiring jobs. It will be much ease to do it now, than after a Cabin installation!
Chapter 3: Cabin assembly and installation
Cab parts pre-assembly
Parts was separated to optimes them for printing and also to have possibility to print them with different colors. As I saw on photos of real truck: grill usually have silver color, when outer parts can be Silver, White or same color as a Cabin.
Glue a towing yoke into a front bumper or use a soldering iron to weld it to bumper from inner side.

In my opinion, for visible sides of the Cab, better to use socket button head screws. But any head type screws can be used.
After printing, this hole will be closed with one layer of filament. This is necessary to improve the quality of the surface that was turned towards the supports. So, just clear a hole with a knife.

I only had black screws. I think silver screws should be used on silver parts. I used a silver chrome marker to paint the screw heads before tightening them.
Glue a headlight glass into headlight body, then use a soldering iron to weld it to fender from inner side. Put a 5mm White LED into a headlight.
Glue an orange reflector to a fender.

You can install the bullbar now or at any time later. It might be best to install it at the very end to avoid accidentally breaking it.
Put 3mm Orange LED and then glue reflector and it`s guard above.

Finish drilling a holes with a 2mm drill bit.

There's not enough room here to use any fasteners, so the part must be glued or soldered. It's recommended to sand the surfaces before joining.
Lifehack! To make connecting the parts easier, I attached them to the bottom of the cabin. However, the other parts of the top of the cabin must be attached before joining the top and bottom! So, I connected these parts to the bottom of the cabin, soldered them from the inside, and then removed them.

To easily making windows:
1) Place the window frames upside down.
2) Coat them with glue.
3) Place a 0.5mm thick transparent sheet on them.
4) Wait for the glue to dry and cut out the windows.
5) Glue the windows into the cabin.
I used cyanoacrylate glue. Any traces of it on the part can be removed with lemon juice. Lemon juice works slowly, so several cleanings may be necessary. It is also recommended to clean the part immediately after gluing. I tried cleaning the part two days after gluing the windows, but I couldn't completely remove the glue residue.
Roof assembly
Put a 3mm orange LED into running light body, then glue an orange reflector to it.
You can fix the silver parts in the roof by melting the protruding elements with a soldering iron.
For printing lamp glasses, you can use transparent PETG filament. You can find them in 10 or 20 meters to save money not buying whole roll.

As source for thin wires I am used a flat ribbon cable.
A cable should be routed to rear corner, because model have a cable channels in cabin rear corners. See next slide.

These roof LEDs can be connected in parallel with the headlight LEDs. Then they will always light up when the headlights are on.

Colored cylindrical elements in the dash panel is a pieces of filament.
Initially, I am designed this tumblers as 3d printed elements, but they a became very small and not easy to use them. So, I just use a thick wire to make these tumblers.
If you smeared glue on the panel while gluing the parts, you can coat the entire panel with glue. The result won't be perfect, but it's better than glue stains.

Glue the parts together. After printing, you'll have a straight rod-shaped center section. After gluing the parts together, heat the part and bend it as shown in the image.
After assembling the gear shifter, screw it and the center console into the cabin. Use M2x6 screws from the underside.

The battery compartment door can be installed and removed at any time. Doors are present on both sides, so you can install the battery in either direction, depending on which side you choose to mount the electronics.

After installing the fender, rotate it left and right to position it correctly. Then, melt the plastic with a soldering iron to secure the fender in place.

You can install clear mud flaps or mud flaps with a logo. To make the logo visible, you can print the letters in a different filament color. I simply used a chrome marker to paint the letters.
