  1. Godly/Divine Traits (Only God has them)
  2. Communal Traits (God projected some of his traits on humans)

  • Important relationship with man

All Godly Traits are Absolute/Perfect

  1. Eternal = without beginning
  2. Endless = perpetual
  3. Omnipresent = timeless

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1)

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty” (Revelation 1:8)

  1. Omniscient = unlimited and absolute knowledge

  • His knowledge doesn’t change or increase with time
  • There is no new knowledge to Him - including man’s sin, Redemption, Crucifixion, and Resurrection

  • Nothing is impossible with him
  • Ex. God gave Moses quails for 2 million people for 30 days

  • Unchangeable for any reasons
    • Knowledge, feelings, principles, ideas, etc.
