For Connecting on a Chromebook
What is Ditto?
Ditto is a new wireless projection system that has been installed in some classrooms. It allows teachers to connect their devices to the T.V. (or projector) to easily share content in class.
Launch & Connect
1.) Turn on the T.V. or projector. �Make sure you see the school’s �Ditto homepage on the screen �displaying a unique room code.
2.) Make sure you are connected to the TUSD-Office Wi-Fi.
3.) Open up Google Chrome on the Chromebook and go to:
4. Enter your unique room code that should be displayed on your T.V. or projector. Once the correct Room Code is entered, a check will display next to the Room Code as confirmation. Click on the blue Connect button that appears.
5. Select a method to share your screen. Choose Option 3, which will allow you to continue screen sharing with your browser only.
8. Enter the Onscreen Code that appears in a white box in the top right corner of the screen and click connect.

9. When you see that you are connected to your screen’s receiver, click the Start Mirroring button to present your screen.
10. Choose to share a Chrome Tab, Window, or Entire Screen. Once you have made your selection, click “share.”
11. To stop presenting you can click “stop sharing” or “stop mirroring.” This will keep you connected to ditto but not in sharing mode. If you want to disconnect all together click “disconnect.”
Note: When you are sharing a specific tab, a red dot �on the shared tab will appear
