  • Periodic, and typically bi-monthly, calls with the Working Group
  • Expert sessions to be organised (e.g., on the topic of data protection and regulatory requirements and on the new AML Package in force in July 2027)
  • Create visual infographics on AML related topics
  • Launch of the AML training for the impact investing sector
  • Creation of a Roadmap for the implementation of the new AML Package

About the Working Group

  • >15 members across the European landscape
  • Co-chaired by Marloes Noppen (Symbiotics) and Margherita Noto (Triple Jump)

Marloes has been working for Symbiotics since 2017 currently heading Risk & Compliance on the origination side. Symbiotics is an impact investor active in over 70 countries. Marloes holds a CAMS and DSI AML certification, and has built and leads the KYC/CDD program and transaction monitoring across multiple entities and jurisdictions. As primary regulatory contact for the AFM, she brings experience in translating AML and broader regulatory requirements into compliance frameworks. Marloes has a background in impact investing advisory.

Margherita is the Compliance Manager at Triple Jump, a Dutch asset manager based in Amsterdam. This role focuses on the implementation of regulations, financial crime prevention, conduct of business, ethics and integrity. Margherita is a member of the Triple Jump DEI Committee which supports the organisation on matters related to gender, diversity and inclusion; and she is also the chair of the Inclusive Leadership Working Group at DUFAS.
