1.0 HERITAGE IMMORTALSIED �BUILDING COMPETITION�(17/10/2021-30/11/2021)�

  • Participants are required to build the building structure based on their imagination or any building of their chosen countries with Winter / Christmas themes. The final creation must be built within 256 blocks x 256 blocks.

*BONUS MARKS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE HERITAGE/EXISTING BUILDING

  • Third-party client-side plugins (shaders / texture packs / server plugins)
  • Note: While these are allowed, it should not, and will not, be part of the participants’ world export to the judges.
  • Participants should not alter textures from their original form, such as changing the texture of an iron block to a computer, and expect the judges to view the changes made by these texture packs.

3.0 VIRTUAL HERITAGE TOURS�(15-19/12/2021)��

  • All teams are required to join only one tour session per day for 5 days.
  • Each team will write a journal and prepare a 5-10 minutes presentation video about their 5-day tour.
  • The participants will need to submit their presentation video and journal by 21 December 2021.

4.0 LIVE EVENTS�(16-19/12/2021)��

  • All teams’ participation is compulsory in all live events.
  • There are 5 different sessions in each category.
  • Each session is about 1 to 1.5 hour.
  • Each team can choose only one session per day.

Live Event 1: Agility Tests (16/12/2021)

Game Rules:

  • There will be 3 main stages of the agility tests course; a maze runner course, a parkour course and an escape room.
  • The participants will start from the same location outside of the maze according to their team and they are required to navigate through the maze to proceed to the parkour stage.
  • In the parkour stage, the participants have to cross over all the obstacles to reach the last stage - the escape room.
  • There will be 10 similar escape rooms in the last stage but the participants are only allowed to enter the escape room that is assigned to them.
  • The participants who pass the maze runner and parkour courses as well as finishing the escape room in a shorter time will get higher points for their team.

Live Event 2: Guess the build (17/12/2021)

Game Rules:

  • 5 teams will take turns to be the builder team and the guessing team. 1 team will be the builder team and another 4 teams will be the guessing teams.
  • The builder team is required to build a mini structure on a 20 x 20 platform in 5 minutes based on the clue/words given. No building is allowed before the timer begins.
  • The guessing team will be given anvil and name tag. Participants are required to name the name tag with the answer and put it in the hopper.
  • Teams that guessed the answer correctly in the shortest time will get higher marks.

Live Event 3: Deck the Malls (18/12/2021)

Game Rules:

  • The participants are required to decorate KLCC with Christmas theme during the live event in one hour.
  • The model of KLCC will be given earlier and the participants may make their preparations before the live event.
  • The structure of the KLCC should not be changed significantly, slight modifications are still acceptable.
  • Higher marks will be given for the teams who have a well-decorated KLCC.

Live Event 4: Santa Claus (19/12/2021)

Game Rules:

  • The participants are required to play the role of Santa Claus to deliver presents to specific locations in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • There will be as many as 5 different types of presents hidden in the entire map.
  • The participants are required to find as many presents possible, and deliver them to the specific houses according to their respective teams.
  • A book that contains the items and their specific location to deliver will be given to each team.

  • Participants’ inventories will be cleared every 10 minutes after the game starts for the first 30 minutes. Broadcasts will be made 1 minute before their inventory is being cleared.
  • Participants have to hide their presents that are currently in their inventory in any temporary chest or deliver to the specific house before every time their inventory is cleared.
  • Participants from other teams are allowed to steal the presents other teams hid in temporary chests. So guard your presents well before the periodic inventory wipe!
