NC Terms Registration Tutorial

For APPMRC Volunteers

Using your preferred search engine, search for “NC Terms” or follow this link.

Click “Create Account Now” in the upper righthand corner. Located underneath the “Login” button.

**Important: Please make sure you check your email in order to confirm your email address.

Fill out the required information. Once finished, click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Please choose the discipline that best describes you.

After you’ve created your profile, the option to fill out your response profile will appear. Click on “Response Profile”.

Check all of these boxes. Fill out all information, even if it is not required by the system.

Fill out your contact information under the tab “Contact Info”. Select SMS as the “Contact Type”. Also fill out all of the required fields on the left hand side.

Go to your “Response Profile”

Under “Request for Team Membership”, select “Join a Team” and select “Appalachian Medical Reserve Corps”.

If you need to accept an invite, select “Membership Requests & Invitations”.

You will see an invitation from the Appalachian Medical Reserve Corps. Once the invitation is accepted, you will be added as a volunteer.

Congrats! You have successfully registered for NC Terms. A team member will approve your membership request as soon as possible. To check this, log in to your account and click on “Response Participation”.

**If you hold a current medical license or certification, upload your credentials by going to your “Response Profile” then “Licenses/Certifications”. Click “License, Certification, Registration” and follow the instructions to upload your credentials.
