  • Which directs the request to the Illiad instance with NVTGC symbol PUL.

  • Where request arrives with status “Created via Alma” and has External ID in the Cited In field.
  • Temporary item record is created in Alma with Location = ILL Loans and Item Policy = Interlibrary Loan Borrowing.
