Expectations

  • Self-advocacy: Please come to us with questions, comments, or concerns.
  • Self-respect: Turn in your own work. Do not be tempted to cheat or take the easy way out. We’ll work with you!
  • Patience: This year will hopefully be our most normal year since 2019. Have patience with us and each other while we all adjust.

Supplies & Policies

  • Bring the following each day: Pen/pencil, charged Chromebook, and a marble composition notebook
    • Please have a composition notebook by Thursday, 9/15.
  • Choice book: We’ll talk about this more in the coming weeks.
  • Earbuds/Airpods/phones away when the bell rings (phones in holder)
  • Late work: While you will lose points (unless there is a situation you talk to us about ahead of time), we accept late work.
  • Academic dishonesty: Zero tolerance
  • Second Chance Learning: At teacher discretion, form on CHS website and found here
