Power App Supply Collector

  • Currently Supply is only collected and presented at the DG level. Need ability have an FD summary view and drill down from the FD level to the DG level. Need ability to select Domain and not just DG as ART DGs will be used for multiple FDs – no longer a 1:1 relationship.
  • Currently Supply is only collected and presented for PreBuild, Build and Ops. Need ability to have the same functionality for multiple ARTs.
  • Currently there is limited search functionality. Need more robust search capabilities to search DGs associated only with FD.

Supply Collector functionality should hang off of the Delivery Org functionality in the FIT, and leverage all of the common FIT controls for filtering, searching, etc.

So things like “searching” referenced above should be inherent in the context we have already set by using the DG screen as the entry point.

This filtering / DG selection context should be provided by the ART / Delivery Group tab that will serve as the entry point

The requirements spreadsheet provides details about how the different data attributes come together to be edited here. This screenshot should not be viewed as a model of how to build the new UI; it is just ONE visual example of how the data comes together presently. But the requirements spreadsheet includes detail that supersedes what is visible on this screen.

  • All DGs are listed and can be selected to provide detailed Supply information.

This slide is only relevant to the extent that it mentions the idea of presenting a user with the relevant information based on how they are configured.

This requirement has been written into the DG Admin role on the Delivery Org screen described in the other deck

PIP – Capacity Functionality

  • Example of a Supply view that can be customized monthly by DG. It also pulls in Actuals which we are systematically unable to do.

This slide is only relevant to the extent that is shows the idea of capturing a monthly capacity ramp plan. But this is also written in the requirements spreadsheet that was provided
