Don’t look at it like it’s a 0, think about it as an opportunity to get feedback directly from me about your work

Common mistakes

Missing key citations / foundational work

  • Lots of people missed “motivation” citations, less worried about this vs foundational
  • If you don’t back something up, you need to cite it!

Poor flow

Poor grammar

Incomplete assignment

Didn’t describe proposed work well
