SCRIPT:

We recently completed two successful pilots that demonstrate Chatac’s value.

First, with B2World—a global organization focused on using education to address the generational impacts of war—we tested Chatac against a simple Google Form. Chatac clearly outperformed the control, with higher ease-of-use and completion rates. Learners especially valued the interactive WhatsApp format, which enabled multimedia content, multilingual support, and real-time feedback.

In Rwanda, we piloted Chatac for the Day of AI Champion Teacher Training in July. Teachers used the WhatsApp bot to complete pre- and post-workshop surveys and instantly receive certificates. The completion rate was over 93%, compared to about 80% in previous workshops using Google Forms. Participants highlighted how much easier and faster Chatac was to use—and preferred it over Microsoft Forms.

Since then, the Day of AI team has continued using Chatac to deliver new professional development courses to their teacher network.
