Leaders in Health and Safety
Our Risk Management Task Force combines decades of experience across the travel industry with input from the CDC, WHO, and the medical team at the George Washington University Department of Emergency Medicine to develop new protocols, training, and detailed safety plans to mitigate risks.
Motor Coach: Only work with companies with the best safety record; implementing new loading and unloading procedures to minimize contact; buses equipped with hand sanitizer and disinfected nightly
Airport: Working closely with airline partners to understand the safety policies of the airlines as well as the departing airports
Guide: Groups led by a locally-based Course Leader who has been specially trained to keep group safe; will provide a daily destination specific safety briefing to help set expectation for students
Meals: Leveraging our knowledge and relationships to select only those restaurants that follow the strictest of hygiene practices
Hotels: Only use hotels with the highest standards in cleanliness; using new check-in process to minimize contact with other hotel guests
