Overview
Movie Maker is a perfect editor for simple home projects. It is easy to learn and use no matter what kind of computer you have. It has many functions that allow you to put a top notch movie together.

Movie Maker Functions
Split Tool
The Split Tool allows you to cut the movie at any point so you can change speed, volume or delete the unwanted portion.
Volume
It changes the volume to the clip, making it louder or quieter by clicking and dragging on the bar.
Speed Tool
The Speed Tool allows you to change the speed of the video. You can use this to speed up a long walking scene, or slow down a cool fight scene.

Export Movie
Movie Maker saves the file in a way that allows you to watch it on any computer and easily upload it to Google Drive
Save Movie
The save movie function allows you to save your movie so that you can edit it again at a later time.
Filter
The filter function allows you to add a filter to the movie making it look more professional or helping to add a theme.
Tips and Tricks
Music
Have you ever watched a horror film without volume? Spoiler alert, it’s pretty boring. A good film will not only have good shots, but good music too.
Good Lighting
Make sure that your film is not too dark or too bright. If you can’t see detail on the person’s face you're filming than you need to add light or remove light.
Cuts
Make sure that your cuts are smooth and that you cut out all of your “action!” moments
